Booking

Your session time will be guaranteed when I receive your enquiry form & confirm the slot is available, and you pay 50% deposit (which will be counted towards the final balance).

Please remember to come on time and include set up / take down time in your session hours to avoid overtime charges.

The studio is not soundproofed.

A returnable £100 (cash) security deposit is required and collected at the beginning of your session.

Extra 5% per each additonal person applies if your party is larger than 6 people (7-12).

For groups larger than 12 people extra arrangements are necessary.

The use of paper backgrounds is free unless any damage, for example, smudging, stains, tears, occurs. In situations like these, extra charge of £15 per meter apply.

Payment methods

Non-refundable deposit can be paid by bank transfer, cheque or cash. Whatever suits you the best.

Payment date

You will first receive an email confirming your hire date. Once you receive the email confirmation, you can proceed with the deposit payment.

The deposit should be paid in full not later than 3 days after you reserve your time slot. Otherwise, your reservation will be cancelled.

You will need to pay the deposit on the same day if you are booking the studio in less than 10 days in advance.

Full payment is required in cash on the day you hire the studio before its usage or earlier by bank transfer, without exception.

Cancellation Policy

Unforeseeable situations can happen so you may need to cancel your session. In such a case, you will receive your deposit back if you notify me of your cancellation 14 days in advance of the scheduled date.

In the event that you’ll need to cancel less than 14 days before your photo/video session date you will lose the deposit.

In the highly unlikely and exceptional case that TheLightFull Ltd will need to cancel your booking, the full refund of the deposit will be made or your photo/video shoot rescheduled. TheLightFull Studio does not take responsibility for consequential loss, therefore, does not provide compensation.

In the situation that your photo session needs to be cancelled for reasons neither you nor TheLightFull Ltd. is responsible for, a full deposit refund or rescheduled session will be offered.­

Rescheduling Policy

To avoid losing your deposit, rescheduling needs to be made more than 7 days in advance.
