Your session time will be guaranteed when I receive your enquiry form & confirm the slot is available, and you pay 100% of the hire fee.

Please remember to come on time and include set up / take down time in your session hours to avoid overtime charges.

A returnable £100 security deposit is required not later than 24 hours before the beginning of your session.

Extra 5% per each additonal person applies if your party is larger than 6 people (7-12).

The use of paper backgrounds is free unless any damage, for example, smudging, stains, tears, occurs. In situations like these, extra charge of £15 per meter apply.

Payment date

The hire fee should be paid in full not later than 24 hours after the Hirer has reserved their time slot and their session time is confirmed. Otherwise, the reservation will not be guaranteed.

The returnable security deposit (£100) should be paid not later than 24 hours before the hire session starts.

TheLightFull Ltd reserves the right to cancel any booking if the full payment and the returnable security deposit (£100) are not received 24 hours before the hire session.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

If a cancellation is submitted at least 14 days prior to the session, the Hirer will receive a full refund. The Hirer can also decide to reschedule their session. In this situation, 100% of the payment will be counted towards the rescheduled booking.

If a cancellation is submitted less than 14 days but at least 7 days prior to the session, the cancellation fee, equal to 50% of total hire cost, shall be payable to TheLightFull Studio. The Hirer can also decide to reschedule their session. In this situation, 50% of the payment will be counted towards the rescheduled booking.

If a cancellation is submitted less than 7 days prior to the session, then a cancellation fee equal to 100% of total hire cost shall be payable to TheLightfull Studio. The Hirer is welcome to make another booking.

In the highly unlikely and exceptional case that TheLightFull Ltd cancels the booking, the full refund of the deposit will be made or, if that’s what the Hirer prefers, the session will be rescheduled. TheLightFull Ltd doesn’t take responsibility for consequential loss, therefore, does not provide compensation.

In the situation that the session needs to be cancelled for reasons neither the Hirer nor TheLightFull Ltd is responsible for, the full refund or rescheduled session will be offered.
